Companies with good health insurance coverage for dependents in the Autism Spectrum?
Hello, I have a soon that it is in the Autism Spectrum, and today I had a wonderful news that my company insurance have a hard limit of number of therapy sessions he can have ... 20 In the year, to be more precise, he is currently enrolled in his services and he uses 16 sessions ... per month, that is how much he needs. So how it is in your company, because I'm considering a change if my company cannot 'fix' their imposed hard limit in the insurance provided by them.
Insurance may have limits but State should pick up where insurance left off. Some states are better than others

I've been told by a co-worker I trust that Google has excellent benefit for parents of autistic kids.
Google has amazing insurance for autism. Aba has no limits, speech and ot are max an hour a day. You have to be on their PPO/hip though.
I've heard that Dell has amazing coverage for parents of autistic children. I don't have any specific details though. Any Dell folks here?
