Currently working at OneLogin, but I’m really interested in being a Security Engineer for Riot Games one day. I just love the company and all the content they’ve created over the years—I feel like it really helped define a good chunk of my experience and relationships growing up. Now that I’m grown up and looking for a goal to set, I think I’m really interested in getting a job on the Riot security team in the next couple of years. Does anyone have any previous experience they can share about the team/company? Is it toxic like some people have said, or is it shaping up to be a good work environment? What can I do to help my chances over the next couple years? (Tooling/Hard Skills/Soft Skills) Anything helps! Since everyone else posts this on all of their posts… YOE: 2-3 TC: 115 #cybersecurity #interview #security
Don’t have much insight into the Security team but can recommend Riot as a place to work.
Does Riot Games sponsor visa?
They current have a Senior role in interesting in. Is there any chance they can up level the role during interview to a Staff role? I'm currently Staff and don't fancy losing the title.
Culture has really changed a lot. It is an amazing place to work with great benefits and good pay
Is the company back in the office? Saw some job postings and none of them said remote, but I figured it could be an oversight
Hybrid starting in March. 3 days in office , 2 remote
