Job offer from H&R block
Hi All, I recently got an offer for Software engineer in @H&R BlocK. They mentioned that the position is initially remote and later hybrid in Kansas city MO office, for which i need to relocate. how flexible they would be in discussing about making this position completely remote and is there a stock option usually included in the offer.Please help, im currently in discussions with recruiter. #tech #joboffer #salary #help

We go to office 3 days in a week… just our squad..or I would say our floor.. many work remote.. no stock options
Daaaamn fk relocating to Kansas City lmao. I would try my best to negotiate remote but if they aren’t budging, chances are it won’t be remote forever. Even companies that say remote are doing hybrid
