Calling TeamViewer: how is CAM life?
It's in the title. Went through phone screen today, meeting HM next week. Position is Channel Account Manager, which would be my first foray into the field but I've got almost 3 years experience working for channel partners as an inside rep. How is it at TeamViewer? Culture, bennies? The numbers seem good, I like the product personally. Any thoughts? Current TC: $72K OTE New (potential) TC according to prelim numbers: 90k base, 160k OTE
Get rdy for a wild ride, hopefully to the upside Culture: young, friendly & ambitious. Still primarily engineering focused. Many boomer managers that don't have a clue about product but chances are that this will change for the better. CEO seems to be a good guy. Benefits: Among other things a RSU (restricted stock units) program that is vested over a period of 4 years (= you get equity in the org)
