Is getting cable tv the only way to be able to watch sports (NBA, NFL, MLB, UFC) on your TV?

I just bought a smart TV and wondering about this. (USA)

Antenna works for anything broadcast on stations with local affiliates (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX). 100% free other than buying the antenna once, and it’s live broadcast. ESPN you’d probably need to pay for their streaming if you want it live. Otherwise there are always plenty of free streams out there, they usually just aren’t 100% real-time.

I have smart TV, but whenever I need to watch sports game I just go to Reddit to find streaming link for free. Lower quality and bit of lag, but saves the 💰💰

Welcome to “old” America. You need to pay 65 per month to watch sports. I would like to know too if there are other options.

It's probably the easiest way to get all the channels depending on what sport you want to watch. Easiest would be finding links online to watch
