Nike pay bands?
Where can I get information about the pay bands Nike has for their SDEs? I'm curious what level a base salary of 125k or 137k would be.
Yeah, garage band, wrist band and saad band.

I'm U band at 129k base. Don't know the top end of that band though, so don't know whether you'd have to be E (director level) to get 137
And, sorry, just re read your post: I'm in Product, not a software engineer. So the bands might be different for that...
U band I'm guessing is senior? E is director. Interesting, did not know they had names. It sounds like 137 might be around lead level as a software engineer position, talking to more people. That's interesting since 137 at my current company happens transitioning from mid to senior level. I think lead here is around 160-180k.
U band is referred to as Lead. Tops around 135k. The next step down is L band referred to as Seniors (the bands are in this order: VALUES). The next step up is E Band, either Expert (individual contributor) or Director (manager). Next band is S band which is Senior Director. And then on top of all bands are the C-Level execs.

What are the pay range (max salary) for manager vs senior manager (below director)? Non-engineering*
$120-$160k salary for individual contributor managers (U band). This was prior to expanding bands/titles to include distinction between people manager U band and idc professional U band.
I just interviewed and they said it was an “E” band and range was broad from $125k - $240k (base) + profit sharing + equity
