Culture is bad. Company is cutting costs like crazy and layoffs are expected. Most Bangalore teams don't have good work so the learning opportunities are less. Most of the time engineers spend on fixing production issues. I'd say apply directly to Singapore office and move there. Much better culture and projects.

They will be honouring offers till March 28th. However you can still try to negotiate as there are exceptions. Also, be prepared for the offer to be revoked as well if things didn't work out
