Veeva Systems vs Arista Networks SWE Intern offer evaluation

Hey guys, I'm a student and I'm super lucky to have gotten Summer '24 SWE intern offers from both Arista Networks and Veeva Systems. Offers below Veeva Systems: Location: Pleasanton, California Pay: $40/hr Free Lunch Everyday Mon-Thursday mandatary in-office policy Arista Networks: Location: Austin Pay: $38/hr No idea on WFH policy With Veeva Systems, team I'll be working with interviewed me and work seemed pretty interesting. I know that for California, $40/hr is not good, but new grad offer is $120k + 20k joining bonus + $30k 1st year stocks which is okayish for California. Spoke to HR and apparently almost all interns get converted to FTEs. With Arista Networks, yet to know what team work on. And have no idea regarding new grad pay if I get the return offer. What do you guys think is the better offer? I'm leaning towards Veeva since its cloud and seems more transferable skill if I want to switch to FAANG company later down the line, but want to hear what you guys have to say. Also if you have any info regarding the pay or anything around Arista, please let me know. I care more about the new grad role pay rather than intern pay.
