I was asked to take 3 and half hours’ hackerRank test as part of my interview process in bay area. Is this common case nowadays? I am thinking to skip this company.
I used up all allotted time and was passing about 75% of the rest cases. I ended up getting an on-site interview.
I would do one for an hour. Not 3 lol I would skip it. Those companies should put more effort getting the right people rather than this test that totally someone else can answer it for you

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
Which company?
CRM? They did it to me too.
Not a high profile company, not CRM, btw, how’s your test results (not score, just overall)? Just wondering how easy/tough are the tests.
