Career at FCA (Fiat Chrysler)
Got an offer from FCA ICT (Fiat Chrysler) Auburn Hills location. Wanted to know is it a good time to join the Auto industry as its going through a rough patch. I’m on H1b and don’t want to be part of layoffs in 6 months coz of companies performance. Curent TC- 100K Offered TC- 150k
What is your YOE? FCA is ok for now financially but lack of in-house innovations so it depends on what is your plan for your career. BTW you need to clean your own trash can in FCA. Unique right?

150k in Detroit is a fantastic offer.
I really doubt that FCA could pay 150k to 5yr exp unless you have a top 10 mba or mit degree... If that is true, then I'm underpaid :(

I highly doubt FCA pays $150k for Sr engineer or with 5 year experience..
FCA is doing good at the moment. Not sure about the long future as FCA is least innovative out of the 3 biggies. What si your role?
