Yeah, I also didn't see it in the NYT article that I read, so I assumed the OP read something else.
So much for he russia hacking narrative. The only evidence ever provided was a digital fingerprint. Now we know the cia can fake those and has also hacked elections around the world. The intelligence communities credibility in shambles once again.
You think it was the CIA that hacked the DNC and then made it look like Russia did it?
