having issue with working with younger crowds
i am in my early 20s, and weirdly i have a problem working wirh people of my age. People in my company have average age of 24. I feel uncomfortable working here, but if i quit, then i will have couple months of unemployment.... trying to figure out a way to adjust and stay, or should i just quit and focus on looking for new opportunities?
You should identify what are the root causes before making a drastic career decision. It may be useful to engage a therapist who can help break down what makes you feel uncomfortable (ex. a young team with no disciplining lead that exhibits toxic behaviours, etc)
just stay here and they will get old
