Salesforce Mulesoft culture
How is the culture in Mulesoft (now Salesforce) ? Got offer as Consultant from Mulesoft and wondering if culture in consulting side is different than rest of Salesforce
Not at all. That’s why they pay new hire mulies more - to tolerate the Argentine arrogance and bullying. High attrition - revolving door at senior levels. Consultants are fine.
Yeah, too many great engineers that have to tolerate low level coders; it’s difficult to manage not to be arrogant. That’s what is causing the attrition 😉
it's a sharp group and i hear mulies get paid a lil more
But the culture in the company is same ? i.e., getting hired as mulie but as an SF employee
