Abbvie Grade 19 Compensation
I recently received an offer from Abbvie at grade 19 in finance. Base 170k bonus 16% and rsu 13k with 20k signing bonus. Is this offer low, and do they negotiate? I was apply for AD role and expecting more but they down leveled me. #Abbvie #downlevel #finance #healthcare

What range are they in for base/bonus/rsu?
Was a grade 16 at Abbott and my base was 140k so
That sounds about right for G19 at AbbVie, with higher-ish level of pay for G19
That’s pretty good for grade 19 unless I’m getting ripped off ( which is very likely). This is a lot higher than my salary and I’m grade 19.
Get more money! They eventually got it up to 185k salary and all the same additional comp listed, but my current employer beat them out so i didn’t take it…. Plus I heard they kill you at Abbvie in the finance department with the amount of work.
