Plaid: why won’t you honor $21k credits perk offered through AngelList?

Incorporated through Stripe Atlas and active on AngelList. One of the perks listed is a $21k Plaid credit broken down as $500/month for 6 months per API product. After filling out Plaid’s Google Form and talking with Sales - They said the credit only applies to Enterprise/Custom plans and not to “Pay as you Go” plans. But here’s the kicker - their offer on AngelList says “no monthly minimums”. Enterprise and Custom plans have $5k monthly minimum. Can someone from plaid help with this?
