I have been reached out by a recruiter for this position, Global Data Analytics & Alliances Partnern- Manager | Location: Atlanta (mostly remote) I am curious to know: 1) what will be the TC and stock options? 2) will they do GC in EB1? I am sure that I am eligible for EB2 as I have done Masters in USA 3) organization work culture? 4) how about hiring and firing? Current TC: $120k #consulting

You can get better TC and signing RSU matter of negotiation. Culture in that team is good and epam never fires people. Not sure on visa stuff

Why? 😂

I worked there for a year. Most of the roles are client based. You won’t get stocks unless you grow as a DM, bad bonus and honestly no scope for growing.

It’s a meaningless job in EPAM. They don’t resell sw. EPAM is staffaug and outsourcing. Partnership for them is the eligibility to put each other’s logos on ppts. You will be given an objective which is impossible to reach.

You are working in alliance team?

EPam is big and you may have very different experience in different roles/different locations and managers. I would go and talk about all details. Pros: they are just great with GC, possibilities to work with top companies and get great experience and connections, engineering expertise is very high, stocks are skyrocketing. Cons if you are trapped with immature toxic management, it might become hell for you. They will suck all your energy and you will get pennies. But if you find good team, you love it. So do your research, negotiate, and set boundaries.

There are people who have contradicting experiences in the company, that's because it's not just the company, but also the manager/team/prokect, that matter. And the company itself seems to change over the years, hopefully for the better. Also there are cases when people changed managers through HR. "hire and fire" is not about EPAM luckily.
