Are y’all losing money or what?
They will keep losing money as long as they keep banning legit profiles randomly
lol most people I know have been banned
I quit my toxic relationship with the pimpin dating apps and started going to meetups, it’s refreshing
I got laid off on hinge too
Hinge sucks. I used to subscribe the service. The algorithm consistently presented me with profiles I didn’t find appealing, while seemingly reserving the more attractive ones for a separate page. This page required users to pay extra money for a feature referred to as ‘the flower’ WTF.
Also the flower thing is useless as well, I don't think I ever got a reply from any of them, even after they matched with me
What do you mean that the jobs were designed to be deleted OP?
14 people is a big deal?
That’s a shame. I had good luck with hinge. Wishing those impacted the best. If you worked for hinge and got impacted I can review your resume if you want.
How many engineers you guys have? Who got laid off, only engineers or others too? We had layoff early August, and some early February. But I feel like we are currently understaffed and they need to start hiring.
I know they hired a lot since they've been growing and they didn't have layoffs in Feb 2023 but their eng size always seemed inflated. These layoffs are the result of that.
😂 hinge has engineers ? They would make more money if they paid women to use their platform instead
It's about making lonely men pay more money to meet women
