Would love to know if anyone is/has been on the data engineering team at Publicis Sapient. Have an offer for a role is based in Boston. Offer is for $150k + bonus. What's wlb, culture and promotion look like? I definitely noticed that >90% of my would-be colleagues are from India, so is there any further context for that? Extremely toxic work culture. Avoid at all costs. Also there are impending job cuts and heavy hiring in India now, would not recommend.
