Based on an internal thread 50-120k. The 50k seems pro-rated, so will your first year be since you would join in the middle. The 120k looks like an outlier on the high side. [Edit]: This is specifically for your band. Also, with the new cash bonus and the percentage of it increasing I would expect stock refreshers to get lower over time.
