Do you eat salad dressing or what’s your carb intake and sugary foods that are not desserts?
lemon olive oil salt tahini etc
Avoid high fat foods like nachos and burgers. Popular wisdom says to avoid simple carbs but super high fat foods are big calorie bombs. Studies show that people who eat low fat have fewer calories than people who eat low carb. Of course avocados and Greek yogurt is ok.
Start to increase walking mileage without increasing food intake. Take the stairs more often, park further from things than you normally would, etc. Going out with friends? Less going out to eat and more hiking.
Get rid of alcohol Get rid of sugar Walk 15 min at 20 incline
thanks ! this I can do :-)
Alcohol will do it. You drop a lot of weight.
Calorie counting. Figure out how many you eat now, then reduce.
Sorry to say, as you grow older your metabolism slows down. You need to eat extremely low amounts to just get a few pounds off your body. If you’re 25, things are different. I personally experience that
Truth!!
I thought this was a myth
Move more, eat less 5lbs is borderline negligible, why such a small goal?
Can't speak for op, but for some people that's the difference between a tiny pad on the stomach and seeing some muscle definition in the abs
No… it’s not 5lbs is water weight
You need to replace one meal a day with a protein shake or juice. Theres no other way then cutting back your calorie intake
Follow Intermittent fasting
