how does quora distribute salary to its remote employees?
afaik quora is remote first company, so there are employees from anywhere in the world. in this case is the salary equal to those based in US (e.g. lv4 swe in india and lv4 swe in US) or is it calibrated according to the location where the employee is based in? i am asking about swe roles #engineering #software

The day Quora introduced AI content in Q/A is when it completely died. It started rapidly becoming cesspool after copying subreddit style ("spaces"). They have fired all moderation some years ago BTW. An AI overlord looks over Quora and does everything, from distribution to moderation to content skewing to content creation.
