It's not about total comp at Spotify it's about total chill ... We pay very high total chill. But yes we pay about 60% of what you would get at tier 1 pay companies like FB, Google Lyft etc cause our rsu package is peanuts and we don't have an annual bonus.
Yea I wasn’t complaining. We are all obviously very lucky and Spotify is great is many other ways like benefits, vacation, WLB. But @k190bb, I promise you it is basically half of what you’d make at FB with some good negotiating.
