Any Indians Think Kashmir Should be Independent?
interviewing for workday this week. final round! what’s the water cooler talk about them? good? bad? asking in terms of: - business - career growth opportunity - job stability - wlb - office politics thanks tc - 210K #workday
I agree with bOau75 - lower pay than market but makes up for it with WLB - low stress and no pip culture (I’ve personally seen few people get pip, but it takes a long time and those individuals were severely underperforming) - career growth is a hit or miss. If you have leaders that want to invest in you, it can propel you. Otherwise, you could get stuck - there’s definitely politics and red tape. Decisions are sometimes made without transparency and it can be frustrating (I don’t think any company is free of politics)
Hi, can I DM you? I have an offer from workday and strongly considering it
I worked at workday in the past. It’s pretty much the king of WLB as far as I know. They do a great job of hiring people that work well together. Pay may be a bit lower than average, but that’s made up by having a great WLB. Their attrition rate is super low— most peeps that go there stay a long time. They place a high emphasis on Culture fit. I know all companies say this, but out of everywhere I’ve worked, Workday did the best job at hiring people that mesh really well together. Great company, Id go back in the future once I feel like I’m ready to stay at one company for a long time.
