It is slightly bad. Even though the company has grown bigger - one man show persists. Learning curve is sharp and for first few months, wlb is kind of not that good. One is expected to work a few weekends a year. However, I should mention that things are moving in positive direction. You are encouraged to take PTOs. Managers try to help you out with your work problems. They try to steer you in right direction if you are confused. They listen to new ideas and try to implement as much as possible.
