Guys I recently joined Fidelity as Principal Software Engineer and I am curious to know how much annual bonus is a usual norm in such companies ? can we expect more than 1x ?
25% of your base is what you will be eligible and unless you’re not working for EI .. it’s more or less guaranteed.. so if your base is 120k ... you’re looking at 29-30k ballpark
20% of your base till Principal Engg. Level and for the upper management like Director, VP its 25%
