Joining intuit soon. What benefits do you like the most? For me: 1) ESPP at 15% with lookback. 2) 4.5 days during summer(Mailchimp) 3) 125% match on the first 6% of base salary up to $10000 4) opportunity to do mega backdoor roth? Also Heard from someone that you get 4000$ for wfh setup and 700$ for headphones. Any others I should know about? TC: 220K
Is #4 a “benefit”? Anyone can do that at any company
Why are joining intuit from Bloomberg? I feel it’s a downgrade
remote bruh. Also had offers from MS(remote as well), but declined it. I liked the team more here. Plus MS is always hiring anyways. I think I can go anytime
Ahh, makes sense
Can you elaborate on the ESPP at 15% with lookback? I heard from a friend that wfh beyond a certain amount will need pre approval from manager.
$1,300 wellness for life credit and well-being hub program to earn credits for gift cards!
What position and how much tc?
How many years of experience you have? Also what can you please break down your new TC to base+rsu+sign on? I’m considering leaving and joining again in a bit as boomerang. Congrats! Here are few benefits: - $30,000 fertility treatements - $100 wifi reimbursements - 160 hour of family support time if needed. This is not deducted from your sick hours or vacation hours.
Free cellphone/ monthly reimbursement for the cellphone..but there is a limit on the amt. Not sure how much exactly though.
HSA is pretty good. $1,500 company contribution. And $650 DCFSA company contribution
Headphones is like $300 iirc. No idea where 700 comes from. IIRC wfh/desk budget is more or less unlimited in a way, but you can only get the bigger items once (like monitor, desk, chair etc) and can only get what's approved.
I used my headphone budget to get some good ear pro, lol.
maybe they were mentioning bose 700 and I thought they were talking about 700$ as the budget.
