hows VMware NSX team doing in terms of revenue ?

Agreed. Lots of politics. The BU is making money though (quite a bit of it, in fact), so if you can swallow the politics, ride under the radar or thrive on politics then it might be a good fit. I don’t believe the technical / engineering challenges are all that interesting, but just my opinion.
