Like any large company you can find good and bad teams. You’ll see less centralized tech no cider, or common build tools like blaze. Lay-offs are a regular occurrence.

Are you kidding me ? Unless you are moving roles from QA to SDE or something, or your team / manager sucks so bad - moving from Google to Cisco is a terrible idea !
