Good on you. The sooner companies realize that RTO kills talent and that remote work is the way of the future, the more we’ll see them offer remote as a permanent option rather than a privilege that they can revoke. TC: 105K, fully remote forever

Depends. I know a manager at another company whose leadership was adamant they hire someone local. They interviewed for 5 months before they found someone desperate enough to fill the req
I'm on the search, and only considering remote. Not saying you're wrong, but remote workforce is part of the demand. Even the laid off.
