Will it help to go to MSFT with this counteroffer and ask them to make my level as 63 and increase the TC to reduce the gap? 2. I have already accepted the MSFT offer, in case I reject now - do they blacklist? 3. I am keen to join MSFT for the brand but not able to decide firmly due to the TC difference. There is scope to increase stocks. Are they only offering you a 3L increases on TC. Please also consider that sign on tips off after 2 years. And Microsoft additionally pays for PF. And there are other benefits
I don't think ms additionally pays for PF. It is inciuded in their base pay.
Does base salary include Microsoft's PF as well?
Not sure of this. Haven't got a break-up of the base pay from MSFT

There's a significant difference in COMP between MS and SIXT. Unless you see a major red flag with SIXT ( culture, product etc), I'd go for it.
Does anyone have any idea - how receptive is MSFT on counter offers? Can they consider a band-up-gradation too?
They might be ready to budge slightly if you show them the sixt offer. However unless you are ready to walk away, there is only so much they would do. They typically negotiate if you have a FAANG offer. And since you are a PM, I thought you were a dev, think carefully, because Microsoft and Sixt are poles apart from a brand standpoint and as you progress in your career, getting this brand might be of help. That's a personal opinion. I would think if this as an investment however I know that you can push the salary by 10L in this band for Msft

You could try that. Band change should definitely get you here. But 62 to 63 is a level change as well and unless your interviews suggest you are a senior, it might be tough. So I wouldn't bank on that but definitely try the money
