Microsoft to acquire Fungible.

From what I have heard msft will pay 190M to Fungible. Pradeep and Bertrand screwed the employees. @fungible how do you feel about this deal? #hardware #semiconductor #azure

This may be the best case scenario for startup. Most of them are dying. some get acquired for a lot lower sum than valuation. So no stock money .. at least they get to have some job post acquisition.

Pensando was also in the same space. I read somewhere that they didn’t even have a shipping DPU product. How come they got sold for 2 Billion to AMD? What made them special?

Pensando had backing from hp..and decent revenue... from what I have heard

Thanks to the 2 rude interviewers working at Fungible, who made the decision easy for me. So glad I did not join them.

After raising more than $300M, getting acquired for $190M sounds amazing 😒.. at least they sold it to someone.. better than $0

What was the per share price after acquisition? How come this is possible sold in just $190M? I am no expert in valuation. Can anyone explain
