My god, the app is cluttered. It has so much potential to be great yet for some reason it’s a frustrating annoying app to use. #tech #product Tc- 🥜
Yes. We are aware. I’ve had so many issues buying/selling, flagging bugs to product teams, etc. it’s highly concerning how much it will negatively impact Coinbase if it isn’t prioritized.
Yup. It’s like they don’t even realize that they have this amazing opportunity to be the leaders. RH has lost trust. Most other trading platforms are run by boomers which will never be used by the genZ. I wish I could interview for a position at Coinbase and show the problems but then again interwoven rarely wants to hear criticism of their product🤣 Yet!! Sigh!!!

I agree! When the actual bull season hits many people will make mistakes or miss out on good trades due to this poor design.
It’s going to slowly lose to Robinhood when they start ramping up well if they ramp up.
Nobody trusts RH. Shady af. Only good for a short term gambling itch. You can’t even withdraw your crypto so they are most likely not even holding real crypto assets to back up your purchases. RH will collapse.
