In Salesforce its for Industries cloud which i have heard a lot of negative reviews about on Blind about WLB, hectic work culture and legacy tech stack. Publicis Sapient can offer remote but not sure about work life balance and job security there. Blue Yonder compensation seems low. is there any scope to ask more, can someone from Blue yonder confirm please? Reaching out to Blind community to help me in deciding which one to choose.

I would prefer BlueYonder being their tech n revenue are such that in future ur position won't be in danger incase of recession, while Salesforce did one round of huge firing few months back
Package wise blueyonder and PS doesn’t make sense. I would recommend to go with salesforce and wlb totally depends on the team you are going to join so try reaching out the members over linkedin to gather more details
