Does NI in Forte means No Hire?
I got NI and but not on devlist. Am I marked as No Hire? Do HMs still interested in candidates with NI history?

I’m in the same position as you. From what I’ve read on Blind, internal transfer is possible but somewhat unlikely due to stigma of NI. While a new HM can’t see your record in Forte, your Manager is obliged to share the rating if / when asked. Also, even if the new HM doesn’t know your rating History before you transfer, I believe they can see your rating history once the transfer is complete, meaning you could be judged more harshly and possible HTF if the new HM needs a sacrifice to protect his core team. Thank you! The truth is, I don't even know if I'm really not on devlist. My manager lied to me many times before. I wouldn't be surprised if he told me I'm not on devlist just because he wants me to finish the project. Do you know who should I ask to confirm I'm not on devlist? I didn't get salary raise this year btw, so I think most likely I am on devlist already?
