Why do I agree with what he’s saying? He’s being honest. Also the headline is misleading.
Whether you agree with RTO or not, this dude is insanely out of touch and clearly has some sort of personality disorder, like almost every other CEO.
He’s definitely has a personality disorder. His veiled empathy is a massive red flag. Dude is super creepy and just projecting workaholism idealization onto his staff.
He was saying that he appreciate the sacrifices of employees. Why are people so sensitive about it ? Frankly, he can just let anyone go for refusing to RTO, and he doesn't need to thank anyone. Those employees chose the paychecks over some dogs. It's their goddamn choice.
He said they had 30 employees not open their laptops for a month. Surely that can’t be true lol.
Yeah I heard its because they were using personal laptops so he’s kind of misleading. If someone can literally go a month without evening logging in, management is the problem lol
If I wanted to comment on Reddit threads, I would go to Reddit.
Did you catch that 30 people including a manager haven’t opened email in a month
His company going to cleaners after this. I would not work for a company who does not treat it's employees as adult. People not opening laptops says a lot about companies agile processes which is not tracking employees effort or lack of it.
Next is men sell kids to RTO
