Hello Folks, I recently completed my interview with Hellofresh and having my HR discussionup next week , looking for pointers on the payscale Yoe - 10 Role - Sr. product manager Hr said the pay bandcan be up to 80k and should I ask for stock options? Do they offer stock options if so what's the scale Note - They are also offering relocation service to move me from India to Berlin Also inputs on work culture for tech teams would be helpful
Their senior director of product gets 180K, AD around 130k euro. I feel the number for spm can be higher.
What's the breakup of 180, 130k
