The end of Backdoor Roth?!
I have an upcoming interview at Facebook ~1 month for an iOS Developer Position. What kind of prep do I need? I usually do Leetcode in Java. Shall I switch to Swift for now? Also what kind of iOS specific problems shall I focus on?
Java’s fine for coding rounds, except one iOS specific round
Java is fine
I interviewed about 6 months ago and did it mostly in swift. I found leetcoding in typed languages was more annoying than it was worth, so I just did all my leetcode in python and like 5 problems in swift the week before my interview. You should definitely be doing objC or Swift for the interview
What would be the percentage of questions that will be asked during interviews? Like is it 50% on iOS and 50% on DS/Algo/System Design etc...or is the percentage different?
+1 for someone to answer
For me it was leading question (not coding) about domain related stuff (memory management , performance , way components work , debugging) and then 1 pretty pure ds / algorithms question and 1 more domain specific but with light algorithmic part (so leetcode easy tied into domain knowledge)
How did it go .
OP - can you please share what type of system design question was asked and if possible what sort of iOS related questions were asked. I have an upcoming interview
Of course swift or ObjC.
