So if one is an iOS Developer, would they be allowed to use Swift for algo interview?
At what company? At google for sure you can use basically anything.

System design is mobile app specific, coding is the same, lots of companies ask you to live code an app feature, some companies even have take home assignments.

To answer your question, yes leetcode for all SWEs, but mobile probably has one less round of coding due to domain specific knowledge interviews.
Google doesn’t do Swift. But you can interview in Swift
