Any idea what the comp package is like at Lockheed Martin for L3 or L4 level positions? Current: $135k
L4 is more than 135k for reference
What's typical yoe for l4?
9yoe minus 2 for masters or minus 5 for pHD
L3 is around more like 130k depending on job title
In Silicon Valley. Less in many other locations
Software engineering will be more as compared to systems engineering

Uber L3 starting was about 100k base, 10k bonus target and about 1500 RSU. Yearly base increase was like 8% (pending your perf) I think unless you got promo’d.
What's the yoe for L3 and how about stats for L4 I'm L3 Lockheed 125k 4yoe with masters
I left LM as a L4, where I was making 160K w/ 10yoe and an MS.

There are no stocks at LM..there was a bonus program started but its dependent upon your rating, plus how the program and the company is doing. EBS has a different payscale as compared to space systems employee.
