Arista Networks interview
Looking for behavioral questions to prepare for in Arista networks. What kind of behavioral questions is asked by the hiring manager in the interview? Thanks YOE 15 CTC 300k
No idea what Amazon Leadership Principles are and I don't remember mentioning them when I interviewed(although at your YOE things might be different). Arista has a strong culture of quality, testing and building software right (not half arsing things just to get some broken shit in the hands of customers), where the engineers are ultimately responsible for the quality of the product they deliver. As I said, at your YOE things might be different as to what is expected in behavioral questions, but don't dismiss/cast aside the above things as unimportant (which will stand out as a red flag).
