That will depend on your Current CTC with stocks, Years of Experience. Also which HPE BU and the Job profile/Grade. Please share that in the post.

Okay. At this YoE, 27 LPA is the max base salary they will offer. But you should definitely ask for stocks ( ~25 K USD) and joining bonus (> 3 Lacs). Tell them that you will be loosing out on your unvested stocks in Intel.

Since it’s my first offer HR is not ready to negotiate further. HR and Hiring manager says There is no stock option in CTC
