Mapping of Amazon and Disney streaming services management career levels?

Can someone advise on how the management levels at Amazon (L6, L7) map to Disney+ (streaming services) ? I can't find anything online

Depends on the which org, but based on what I’ve seen, L7 at Amazon would be Director/Sr Director at DIsney

The Disney titles are inflated. Two Senior VPs from Disney with very large teams switched to Amazon and were only offered L8 at Amazon. This is what I have seen. VP / SVP Disney = L8 Amazon P4-P5 Product Manager Disney = L5-L6 Amazon Sr. Principal Engineer Disney = L7 Engineer Amazon (IF they can get past the code test)
