Minimum base for ICT3 SWE Apple?
Got a verbal offer today, recruiter mentioned he will get back with numbers next week but the base is in the range of 130-140k !!! Is it really this low for ICT3 these days? Levels.fyi is close to 160k range. Seems strange. Location: Bay area TC: 0 laid off, 5yoe #engineering #software #swe #apple

Update with the official offer when you hear from your recruiter. It’s possible that your offer is heavier on RSU?
Given how much talent is currently in the market and how few are hiring, the offer will continue to decrease until job market rebound.
My verbal offer was low too. Not that low but low. Like $165k
