Is Arista Network Good for a Software Engineering Career? I have 36 LPA offers I have accepted and due to this, I was not able to sit in my college placement. Many say you have to work on a fixed tech stack... so switching is a problem. I want growth and money the workload does not matter. please suggest some of the name-related ones.

Depends on which other offers, your experience, liking etc. Since you have already accepted other offers, why are you asking this again?
The accepted one is Arista only. I want to try for others off-campus.

Depends on the team you join. Some of us do fairly typical backend development.
