A recruiter reached out to me for a Principal Software Development Engineer role in WFM. Can you tell me what the interview process is like? Can you switch to Amazon/AWS from WFM? Amazon consider WFM as separate entity, the dev teams are separate. You can switch to Amazon, it’s gonna be interview as intense as external interview.
