Anyone @ capital one?
Anyone @ capital one feels proud? I just want to let you know it’s 2023. My auto insurance is having a 2 factor authentication but capital one doesn’t have 2FA.
Our app definitely has 2FA, not sure about individual client though
There’s 2fa literally any time you try to do something on the web portal.

We don’t have it on login unless you’re sus, but we use it for actions that are risky like money movement.
What are you talking about? Capital one has had 2fa for years. In terms of online experience they are the best compared to 7 or so other banks that I bank with.
Do they used sms verification? They don’t have dude. I even talked to their customer service to confirm.
Isn't SMS proven to be unsafe? What do you have against authentication apps?
