From an engineering standpoint it was the perfect company to join as an entry level engineer; lots of mentorship and industry standard tech. wlb is pretty good, and if you want to learn/do more no one gets in your way. It's VERY team dependent though. Company culture is alright, quickly improving -- and moving HQ should help with that
Broad set of tech to explore - WebRTC, native mobile, low-level networking, audio mixing, NLP, AWS, k8s, React, analytics, VOIP, video, etc. Chance to make a material impact on the company - huge scope of product relative to team sizes. Ten-year average of 35% YoY growth in stock. Ridiculous TAM. I'm having fun, learning, and making money.
Run away, terrible culture and worst management. Company is not doing well which results in lots of firing recently, avoid if you are on visa

Stay away from this company. Few so called managers don’t have any knowledge on basic technologies, all they do is to make sure their job is secure by ignoring sub ordinates request for promotion. Few Senior engineers joined recently with higher salary packages assigns all the work to others and take all brownie points during standup. No wonder company is not growing
