Is it possible to get 300+K TC from google for a L4 offer
I have a non-FANG competing offer from a very good public company which is a bit more than 300k. Is it possible to get similar amount from google? What’s my best negotiating strategy ? (Already passed HC) Yoe 5 current TC : Low I love google but if the TC difference is too much I will have to choose the other company.

Google only matched 90% of their offer , but the recruiter didn’t say it’s final . Do I simply ask more or I should get more competing offers? ( I am also expecting some other offers but didn’t get the number yet)

It would probably useful to know which other public company. People might know better if Google would want to compete there.
It’s a medium sized company who dominant its own niche market. Most of its revenue comes from business customer and annual revenue growth is about 20% , profit is close to break even.
