Work is flexible with partial WFH 2 days a week. Free lunch and snacks and gym and a lot more. They apply for your Green Card after a year should you need one. I used to work at SIG. Good people, very interesting technical challenges. You do have to be ok with the fact that your company provides no real product or value, but hey I work at Facebook now who am I to judge?
