Ford HTHD LL6 Perspective
#interview #auto Interviewing for an LL6 position in a high cost area. Wondering what opinions people have of working as an engineering manager and what benefits exist for the position, i.e. vehicle lease discount, general stock offerings/vesting period, sign on bonus, etc.
LL6 typically gets base salary and bonus (target bonus which factors in company performance and individual performance), I am not aware of stocks (that typically starts at LL5). Other benefits is a discounted management lease vehicle (discount varies from vehicle to vehicle and availability). Also, TC or GTFO.
HTHD GSR6 thru LL6 are eligible for stock grants
